I have been trying for 5 days to get through to a live agent. After being put on hold by the virtual assistant for long wait times I get disconnected. I need to speak to someone due to a deposit, not showing up in my casino account, but I can’t get through. The help FAQ message says contact a live agent, which is what I have been trying to do.
