Deposited £70 but it never reached my jackpotcity balance and was told the transaction failed due to a connection problem and was told it would be back in my bank within 2 days and 7 days later it was somehow in my jackpotcity balance and was told it was in withdrawal process then I was asked to update my preferred payment payment method which I did and since then they have not bothered to reply to any of my emails and today they have blocked me so I have no way to contact them…. Just doesn’t make sense how a transaction that failed due to a connection problem can then magically go through a week later and go into withdrawal process
