You really don't need to make large deposits to win. Just by depositing $10.00 I have managed to win up to $1000. The only problem with this is knowing when to stop betting and when to withdraw. Countless times I have done well but ended up only withdrawing half of my winnings or none at all because I continue to gamble until I have zero dollars left.
