Worst experience ever. I won $300 three weeks ago and up to now it is still pending. Spoke with customer service who advised me that $250 has been sent to my bank account as they had to take $50 due to chargeback fees. Never heard of this before!! How can it take so long to process a small withdrawal of $300???
