Tried the app, mobile, iOS - Android.,..Their hellish support chat is LITERALLY the only recourse you have when a problem arises(not IF, when). I wouldn't wish this on my enemy, it is a test in patience and torturous. I've had up to 18 people ahead of me on the chat, waited hours for my turn only to be mysteriously disconnected, and have to start all over, and repeat.My fear that I was being kicked off on purpose was shown to be true when their agent disconnected mid convo cuz I wanted actual help and not BS. I was polite and they just kicked me off. They " say" they escalate it and "wait 24-48hrs for email back". Lies!!(Nobody replies, ever. Been waiting since July '24 and have sent several since... ) I have proof of all I am saying here too. I never got an email back, ever, or the spins.Spend your money elsewhere where there's agents who do their job and don't make you want to pull your hair out! This is not a one-off experience, but a pattern. AVOID!
