ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I play a lot. I’m Noir status (invite only) at MGM, I’m also invite only or the highest level at Hard Rock, Sugarhouse, and Wynn.I’ve been playing a fairly good amount on Jackpot City for the past 4-6 months. In the beginning I thought they were ok, not a big selection of games but not terrible. Withdrawals were a little slower (about 2-3 days) but overall it wasn’t too bad. The most I withdrew at once was around $5-7k. Well that all changed! Last week I had a good night and cashed out for $50k. For the first few days it kept saying it’s under review & that I could reverse it if I wanted. After day 5, I called my host and asked if he could expedite it. He told me it would be in my account no later that 730am the following morning. That didn’t happen. They now asked me for a bunch of additional documents. It took me a couple hours but I provided them all except one. They wanted pictures & bank statements of a 5 different cards I made deposits wish, plus my Apple Pay statement. I provided everything except a picture of one card. The card I couldn’t provide a picture of was a prepaid visa gift card, with no name on it. Once I used it, I threw it away. Now it’s been 2 more days, I explained this to them and I haven’t received a response. Not from my host Walther, not from his boss Tanner, and not from Leo, the person that was emailing me. I tried calling the phone # and it’s disconnected. I filled something out and requested a call back, no one called. I sent several emails, no reply. I tried to login to my account and it says my account is closed! They had no problem taking my money but now they owe me $50k and I don’t know what to do. Stick with the big casinos like MGM, Hard Rock, or ESPN/Penn is good. If you only looking to win small, jackpot city is ok, but it doesn’t look like they like to pay large amounts out.
