I've played with many casinos. Jackpot city is the absolute worst I've ever encountered. I recently put 10$ in and won 100$. This was not my first time winning, they Have all my details. I have waited 6 days for my winnings!! Absolutely ridiculous!! I called customer service and they told me the only thing that can do is cancel the money and send it back out. This site is fraudulent. Don't waste your time or money, it's not worth it.
Shame on you jackpot city and the call center employees.. y'all know your running a scam. I hope this shitshow gets shut down.
