I’m extremely disappointed with Jackpot Go. I redeemed my winnings on 2/18/2026 and still have not received my redemption. I have complied with every request from their support team and provided proof that the redemption was never received, yet there has been no resolution.
It’s very frustrating to follow all their instructions and still be left waiting with no answers. If a company offers redemptions, they should honor them and treat players fairly.
At this point, I feel like I’m being ignored. I would strongly caution others before trusting Jackpot Go with their time or money until they start handling redemption issues properly.
