I’m extremely disappointed with Jackpot Go. I redeemed my winnings on 2/18/2026 and still have not received my redemption. I have complied with every request from their support team and provided proof that the redemption was never received, yet there has been no resolution.
It’s very frustrating to follow all their instructions and still be left waiting with no answers. If a company offers redemptions, they should honor them and treat players fairly.
At this point, I feel like I’m being ignored. I would strongly caution others before trusting Jackpot Go with their time or money until they start handling redemption issues properly.

Great game fast redemption process.. games flow good and you can definitely win some money. I would like some free money for makeing this review lol but I’m not lieing I’ve redeemed multiple times and it went fast
I really love this game. I’m usually not that lucky with gambling. I put in $7 and won $300. I cashed out so fast and the money hit my account which really helped me out. I’ve really enjoyed this game, it’s really been up for me!! Love it
Jackpot Go, we've had our ups and downs but in all honesty it's always a pleasure playing on this app over any other reel. I have definitely stopped going into the casinos because I have cashed out way more on here than anywhere else that I've spinned. Testing out these casino apps is not fun or easy, most give a little and take it all away as soon as possible, some let you play for awhile, but this one, Jackpot Go, has consistently been a back and forth contest and when I got up, they let me cash out without any surprise extra requirements, and when it hit my account, of course I put some right back into the game, and you know what, it hasn't played bitter like some of the other apps that I cashed out from, it's as close to fair as I've found and the selection of games speaks for itself. If you've gone wrong on 97% of the other apps, give this one of your last chances.
Love this app, for more than one reason. First one being it's 100% real, with no gimics or hoops or obstacles to jump threw to withdraw and receive your money. Ive had several withdrawals that I've redeemed and was in my bank account 48 hrs later from $4,800 - $400. And thats real talk right there. Also live the game because it's got the best games
I was very skeptical at first but fast payouts to PayPal I haven't tried the bank account yet, but they fulfilled every promise they've made so far.
