I just dislike the "free rewards" just like every other damn online casino, the daily spins is capped off. Like don't give us something and then bag it just because we got a $20 bonus .. instead you give us like $1.50. that's ridiculous. But other than that I like the game selection
This is the second time that ive used my daily free spins and upon completing the 3 spins I should've had $3.60 but instead I was given $0.40. The first time this happened it was a much larger number. I spend thousands of dollars across multiple platforms and as soon as this gets fixed this platform will get a 5 star rating.

This company is the worst social casino. They do not value their players. The customer service is horrible. You can spend a lot of money with them and never win. The promo codes never work. They send way too many messages that never get you anywhere. They encourage you to spend spend spend and it is not worth it. It is a TERRIBLE SOCIAL CASINO!!!
I really like the wide variety of games and the simple and easy to use interface. They offer really good new user purchase promotions also. However my only problem is the fact that they will award me a few free daily sc spins and then if I get lucky and actually win some real money then I can't receive it because of such a low potential max Reward. Sometimes It's only .80 sc. Yall are good but definitely could do better.
I dig it. They pay promptly, and their games pay fairly. I did learn of the 5:7 rule via Jackpot Rabbit, and I've read complaints about it. However, the way I see it if I win 100 in with freeplay, and they pay 25 then that is still 25 in my pocket I didn't have to invest anything in. Thank you, and thank you for the good service.
