But recently seagm changed their policy and only allowed payment with the currency have to be the same country as the number the account is linked with.🥲 hopefully they can change it back to not limiting the country currency against the country number

If you try to comply with customer service, they only response you with automated message albeit they write a customer member has joined, which is just profile picture-less bot pretending to be human.
I always bought giftcards and never had any problems, until i bought a xbox gamepass card, put in the pin and then it showed that the card had yet to be activated.
I contacted support, filled out an form and later i get an email saying that the card had been redeemed in the system.
Update: I needed to wait 24 hours until it got into my account, but i don't understand to why they told me to contact the seller. Anyway they are a trusting website.

I attempted to recharge the code on my phone multiple times, but I received a message stating:
'Card code is invalid or has already been used. Please check again. Note: The account has entered the wrong code 3 consecutive times and will be locked after 5 incorrect attempts. Thank you.' This indicates that the card was either already used by someone else or the code is simply invalid. I'm extremely frustrated to have lost 30,000đ to a site that appeared trustworthy but turned out to be a scam.
