I purchased running shoes with the promotion, "pay full price, get a $20 gift card to use later". When the e-mail with the "gift card" came there was no visible indication of an expiration date. Since I was buying running shoes, it was two or three months later that I needed new shoes and wanted to use the "gift card". Clicking on it in the e-mail just took me to the main Jack Rabbit web page. I called customer service, they couldn't help me. I emailed customer service, no response. About 10 days later I emailed customer service again. Eventually they told me that they had no record of my "gift card" but it had likely expired. They were kind enough to give me a $20 credit, but it was a huge amount of effort. And unfortunately the new shoes I ordered using the give me blisters....
