Ordered a pair of shoes, waited 12 days with no update on the order and hadn't received the shoes. I contacted customer service only to find out they didn't have the shoes I ordered and paid for. I was told their online inventory isn't updated real-time, and the shoes I ordered must have been in a store who didn't update their inventory accurately. My money was refunded but I wanted the shoes. I emailed customer service explaining my situation, hoping for some sort of resolution, stating I was highly disappointed and never received an email back. That was a year ago! Then, just this week I get an email thanking me for my recent purchase and asking me to rate my experience - a year later...seems right. I was going to let my experience go unheard, but when you email me twice a year later asking for my input, here it is. I haven't visited their site since.
