The worst experience I could have had during a move has been because of them. I have not seen a greater lack of professionalism than any company in my entire life. We are seriously considering taking legal action. First, pay an extra for them to carry the move and the surprise is that when it arrives with a delay of one month I have to carry it. Then, lost objects. The worst of all is that they do not respond to messages, they do not give solutions despite having insurance. I regret every minute of having hired this company.
