I used this company to move back to my country from UK. After considering several offers from different removals company, I decided to go with Jack Removals. The experience was very smooth, stress-free, with friendly and very helpful staff, ready to answer any questions, even outside their business hours. They provided a link to check the van's location at all time, which was very reassuring and helped schedule everything. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. Thank you, Jack Removals!
The worst experience I could have had during a move has been because of them. I have not seen a greater lack of professionalism than any company in my entire life. We are seriously considering taking legal action. First, pay an extra for them to carry the move and the surprise is that when it arrives with a delay of one month I have to carry it. Then, lost objects. The worst of all is that they do not respond to messages, they do not give solutions despite having insurance. I regret every minute of having hired this company.
Please do not work with this company.My belongings were collected on 18 December with an estimated delivery time of 5–14 days and were only delivered on 19 January. I was without all of my personal belongings for over a month.The delay was bad, but the communication was far worse. For weeks, no one could tell me where my things were. Emails were vague, phone calls were ignored for days, and at one point we genuinely feared our belongings had been lost.This move was booked knowing it would take place over Christmas and New Year, yet no warning was given at the point of sale about the risk of significant delays.I formally requested compensation for the delay, stress, and lack of communication. It was flatly refused, with no attempt to discuss or resolve the issue.Although the goods eventually arrived, the stress and anxiety caused were completely avoidable.I would not recommend Jack Removals to anyone.
I would just like to thank Jack removals for your fantastic help moving our ‘Balearic’ belongings from Mallorca back to our home in Farnham. It all went so smoothly despite unforeseen initial delays, and you always kept us so well-informed.It was amazing to be able to track the driver and van all the way back up through Spain and France, and to see when he arrived at Calais. It was all so professionally handled and we are very grateful for all your hard work. Please do send our thanks to the driver if that is possible. I had a call at the very end of his journey when he was in our road but couldn’t see the numbers on the house in the dark. He was almost right outside!

Altogether, I was very pleased with the service of Jack Removals. It was reliable, quick and Davey as well as the logistics coordinator Cristina were very friendly and competent. One of my plastic boxes was slightly damaged and I instantly received a refund. So five stars ✨
