Please do not work with this company.My belongings were collected on 18 December with an estimated delivery time of 5–14 days and were only delivered on 19 January. I was without all of my personal belongings for over a month.The delay was bad, but the communication was far worse. For weeks, no one could tell me where my things were. Emails were vague, phone calls were ignored for days, and at one point we genuinely feared our belongings had been lost.This move was booked knowing it would take place over Christmas and New Year, yet no warning was given at the point of sale about the risk of significant delays.I formally requested compensation for the delay, stress, and lack of communication. It was flatly refused, with no attempt to discuss or resolve the issue.Although the goods eventually arrived, the stress and anxiety caused were completely avoidable.I would not recommend Jack Removals to anyone.
