It all started as an okay company with an okay transaction, but things went wrong very quickly. In our case, we had two collection addresses and one delivery address.For the first collection, they got the house number wrong, even though everything else was correct. For the second collection, they completely forgot there was a second pickup on the same day and ended up being about four hours late.When it came to delivery, they first brought only the second collection and even someone else’s furniture by mistake. We noticed it straight away and sent it back, not realizing that they had actually lost our first collection entirely. From that moment on, communication became terrible. They were often on holiday or unavailable, and replies were slow or incomplete.To make things worse, the driver apparently lost his license for using his mobile while driving. When we tried to resolve the missing collection, the company first tried to push the issue to insurance instead of taking responsibility. Luckily, about two weeks later they found our missing items, but they never informed us when it was being shipped – it just suddenly arrived.They also overcharged us for the weight because of the incorrect second collection. We confirmed this with them, but they never refunded us. Throughout all of our communication, they often ignored part of our emails. If you asked two questions, they would only answer one, or sometimes ignore the email completely. Their standard excuse for everything was simply that “we are only human.”Overall, this company caused us a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration. I definitely do not recommend using them.
