My first experience was also my last. I went in to resolve a state tax issue, and it wasn't even submitted after being told everything was set. I don't believe the form was even completed. The representative altered my federal form incorrectly, and after revisiting to fix it, I was again assured we were good. A month later, I received another letter from the state saying they were still waiting for my tax return. When I called, they told me I needed to submit it myself, although I thought they had filed it electronically. To top it off, I received a letter from the IRS questioning the legitimacy of my return. What should have been a simple issue turned into a stressful ordeal.
