I went in there spent 4 hours having my 1099 taxes filed from 20-24 she completely screwed my taxes up, didn’t tell me that someone had illegally filed taxes in my name in 2021 for a previous year and put all the wrong information in for the year 2020 and no telling what other years after. I am seeking counsel on this matter with the irs and with their corporate. The fact thst I was done wrong when I came to someone I trusted to do my taxes right. There’s no telling how many other people this has been done to.
