We have reported an issue with their shipping zones over a year ago and it still hasn't been fixed. The website incorrectly classifies our UK mainland postcode as a remote "Scottish Highlands/Islands". Their system incorrectly groups all PA2 postcodes as remote, but only PA20+ fall into island/remote delivery zones. As a busy art business, we order a lot of supplies, but shopping with Jackson's Art is nearly impossible for me due to this issue. Once it has been fixed, we will happily update this review. This is an easy fix, typically controlled in your shipping zone / postcode prefix table or delivery surcharge rules in your ecommerce shipping settings.
