As a long term customer I am always confident about the quality of Jackson’s products and of the 1st class service I always receive. I don’t shop anywhere else for my art products and would therefore highly recommend them to anyone who is considering shopping with the Company.
We have reported an issue with their shipping zones over a year ago and it still hasn't been fixed. The website incorrectly classifies our UK mainland postcode as a remote "Scottish Highlands/Islands". Their system incorrectly groups all PA2 postcodes as remote, but only PA20+ fall into island/remote delivery zones. As a busy art business, we order a lot of supplies, but shopping with Jackson's Art is nearly impossible for me due to this issue. Once it has been fixed, we will happily update this review. This is an easy fix, typically controlled in your shipping zone / postcode prefix table or delivery surcharge rules in your ecommerce shipping settings.
The rollers are perfect for the task. The shipment went missing during transit with the courier. The company promptly confirmed the issue with the courier and sent a replacement via another service, which arrived on schedule. Excellent service.

I received a message from the courier stating my order would be delivered within a specific timeframe. Living in a rural area, I waited outside for an hour in the cold, but they failed to contact me despite having my mobile number. Their justification was they couldn't locate my address! I had spent a significant amount with the company. I recommend using a more reliable delivery service, as I’ve had no issues with others.
