First off, I was thrilled that you can use Jackson Stevens at any stage in your job search process - I had already completed several of my interviews when I first engaged with them, so I primarily used their executive compensation advisory service. Ken Pearson, my coach, has extensive experience in this area, being a former HR executive at SAP. Knowing the urgent nature of compensation discussions, Ken was highly responsive with an answer back anywhere from immediately to about 3-4 hours. While I did not use the resume building package, my advice is to do this, since it will help you discover your capabilities (through detailed analysis of your prior roles, who you've reported to, budgets and teams you've managed, etc.), and what you’re worth (through comps and more) so you can put your best foot forward with fact-based confidence, for roles you didn't imagine possible.I look forward to continue with their coaching as I onboard so I can set myself up for success from day 1.
