Hello, I wanted to return the item I bought. First- The mismeasurements are completely off compared to the existing trouser I had from Jack Wills, also it had stain. Your customer Service Advisor - Muhaimin has been handling my return. It has been days now, he has been giving false instructions and has been giving the run around with misleading and false instructions. After verifying the return from the images I sent, he said its all correct and the postage is all paid(I have email evidence) But the post office did not accept the return. He is basically giving me the run around and purposely giving me false information. This has now been going on since the 10 of January. I want to raise this case to the management. I have every email that he has been replying to me saying that they sent me a postage paid but its not. Then he said if you dont want to we can just you a aud100 gift voucher, then he changes the story again. Again, he said we need you to ay for the postage and we will reimburse. Then again he changed the instructions, we need you to return the item to give the gift voucher with the postage paid. I feel this person has been not honest with me and has been giving me misleading instructions and dragging this on. His first email clearly stated the return label is free postage paid. Since then, he keeps changing his story. I find this very very unprofessional and would like to file an official complain.
