Customer service does not appear to exist. there is no way to contact the, They cancelled my order, promised a partial refund but I paid £11.99 for next day delivery that they have not refunded. Honestly feels like a scam AVOID, i will be speaking to my bank

AVOID! Non existent customer service and a rip off

Unable to find any contact details for customer service. Massively frustrated that an item was too small and on returning the item I have been issued a gift card, which according to their policy is incorrect as although I paid part gift card part cash, the value of the other item and postage more than covers the gift card and therefore any further refund should be to my credit card. But I can’t find anywhere how to contact Jack Wills as the contact us section just gives you FAQs. So I will not be shopping here ever again as it is terrible service. Also I had no idea I’d have to pay £5 for returns adding insult to injury. So I would avoid!

The usual Jack Wills quality at great prices

I have several Jack Wills products and I couldn’t resist these 2 hoodies at the price. Both are of the expected quality, though the one with the logo is of a slightly lighter material that’s the other. I guess it’s a summer version. I was slightly disappointed to see it had a tag with a lower price than I paid, but it was only £1 so I can live with it.

Customer Service advisor misleading instructions

Hello, I wanted to return the item I bought. First- The mismeasurements are completely off compared to the existing trouser I had from Jack Wills, also it had stain. Your customer Service Advisor - Muhaimin has been handling my return. It has been days now, he has been giving false instructions and has been giving the run around with misleading and false instructions. After verifying the return from the images I sent, he said its all correct and the postage is all paid(I have email evidence) But the post office did not accept the return. He is basically giving me the run around and purposely giving me false information. This has now been going on since the 10 of January. I want to raise this case to the management. I have every email that he has been replying to me saying that they sent me a postage paid but its not. Then he said if you dont want to we can just you a aud100 gift voucher, then he changes the story again. Again, he said we need you to ay for the postage and we will reimburse. Then again he changed the instructions, we need you to return the item to give the gift voucher with the postage paid. I feel this person has been not honest with me and has been giving me misleading instructions and dragging this on. His first email clearly stated the return label is free postage paid. Since then, he keeps changing his story. I find this very very unprofessional and would like to file an official complain. Please kindly run and official investigation on this.Thank YouRegards,Malin Perera

Received a tracksuit and the trousers…

Received a tracksuit and the trousers had the correct tag but incorrect label/size contacted customer services to be told they are out of stock. I was then told I would have to pay to return the other half (sweatshirt) as it was correctly sent - in my mind it’s a set so surely they would cover the return of both. Found the customer service chat very abrupt and actually quite insulting considering the issue lay with them. Won’t be purchasing from this site again.

Awful customer service! Worst ever!

Awful customer service! Told to wait 3 further days after waiting 4 days to receive a next day delivery! The day before I was toldto wait 24 hours which I did and then told to wait an additional 72hours. The advisors cut you off the conversation when it doesn’t go their way. The refuse to allow you to speak to manager. Don’t use them!

I ordered and was sent the wrong size

I ordered and was sent the wrong size, ordered 2XL sent me age 12 to 13 was then expected to pay for returns, went on web chat, it was very busy ! Finally got through admittedly they organised a collection free of charge but then to get the correct size sent have to wait around 14 days! It was for a birthday but missed the date so had to sort something else out, shame never had bad service from jack wills before
