I recently placed an order that the provider cancelled two days later. They cancelled as I used a promo code that my parents used previously. My dog is going run out of food. I’m so annoyed as loyalty means nothing. If the promo code is only valid to one per house then they should have a restriction on the website or a warning. I have emailed a complaint and await the response. They say they care about our dogs health but don’t care my dog will be restricted due to allergies. I’m furious. I will edit this post when I get a response. I guess I’m forced to look at other dog food providers in the meantime. I could cry as this is so stressful.
