Horrendous customer service... shoes are FINE. But they didn't quite fit, so in an attempt to exchange them I've been emailing, messaging and calling for the past MONTH trying to get a return label/refund and all I hear in return is "We're experiencing delays, thank you for your patience"... mind you their website says 'free exchanges'.Eventually got a text from (512) 665-9791 (I checked it online, it's a Jacob & Isaac number), and they said they would come pick up the shoes at my convenience and then issue the refund. It was weird, but they never asked for my address so that was a good sign (since they should already have my address). Long story short, they never showed up and are now not answering messages or calls.
