Ordered a pair of loafers and what arrived was nothing like the photos so I emailed for a return or exchange and they told me no because they think that the shoes do look like the images, which they don’t. Won’t be ordering here again
It took 40 days to receive my order after purchasing the shoes. The communication with the company was horrible, it took 2 weeks to get any type of response. I was told the shoes had to be custom made in Asia. Once I received my shoes, the packaging was all smashed up, the shoes didn’t fix ( seemed a size larger) and the quality was poor. I would not recommend buying these shoes, photos look great online but once I got them I was so disappointed. Dan O
They charged my credit card when I ordered the boots and then I have heard nothing from them. Their customer service department doesnt exist, seemingly. I have emailed, called and tried their online assistant. I have now cancelled my order. If i do not get a refund to my credit card, in very short order, I will proceed with a charge back with Mastercard, which I recommend anyone else do as well. This is clearly not a reputable company, and they shouldn't be selling footwear worldwide online, perhaps their physical store is legitimate. I don't know.
