Do not buy from this company. I purchased a dress early February 2025 to wear for my 50th and in late July I am still trying to get my money back. The quality of the dress was poor, specifically the stitching was loose in areas, not straight and visible (the colour thread did not match the material colour). The measurements were incorrect for the size I requested, the dress was much larger (not matching the online guideline measurements for sizing). I immediately emailed JacobNora Aus requesting a full refund (according to their refund policy I was entitled to a full refund as the item was not to the quality of standard ). They informed me they needed a detailed reason for the return as part of their return procedure. I completed and emailed this back the same day and again asking for the return shipping details.JacobNora then rudely offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase and too keep the dress. Well that is pointless given the poor quality and it is 1.5 times too big. I declined the offer and yet again asked for a refund and the return shipping details.JacobNora then replied telling me it was my responsibility to cover the cost of shipping to return the item for a full refund but as a GESTURE OF GOODWILL they will give me a 20% REFUND!!!!!!! and I can keep the dress......REALLY!!!!!!. They emailed another offer of 30% discount on my next purchase. WHY would you make another purchase and waste your money a second time. I just wanted to send the dress back and receive the refund. To shorten the rest of this review I sent the dress back with tracking which cost half of what the dress cost but it was the principal of it. The item arrived to the address they provided me, JacobNora never picked it up from that address therefore it was sent back to me and I wasted more money. I have kept contact with them throughout this whole time and I am lucky if they replied at all but the few times they did reply I was told this matter has been passed to the management team. Now they do not reply at all. I have sent numerous emails asking for an update with no response.I can't deny JacobNora did provide alternative options and offers (which I found insalting). If this was due to a change of mind then fine those offers would definitely be acceptable BUT when the return/refund request is because the item is unsatisfactory and of poor quality and not as its detailed on the website then a legitimate company that has their consumers best interests in mind would give return paid shipping details (confirming the reason for return is true) and then give a full refund.I can not stress enough if you buy from this company you will be throwing money away.
