I ordered a raincoat from what I thought was an Australian company only to realise after the order was placed that the item was coming from China. When it finally arrived weeks later it was not of very good quality so I contacted them for a refunded. They responded immediately stating they will provide a refund but they required further information. This has been provided to them but I have not heard back from them . I have sent numerous emails requesting an address to the return the item but they have ignored every email. THEY ARE CROOKS.
Ordered a folding walking stick but what came is a batten and nothing like the majority of photos on the site. When I complained they stated they needed more information which I provided. They then stopped responding to emails. The site gives every indication that it is an Australian company but it isn't.You can return without further info which they don't provide.
I ordered a light weight rain jacket for my husband from their website. It arrived from China and was the wrong size. I contacted them and they immediately replied saying that I was right after sending photos and that they would send a replacement. I never heard anything after this. I have checked and this is a scam company and this is a tactic, they offer a "resolution" (like the replacement jacket) to keep you happy until the 60-day bank dispute window expires. Once that window closes, they know you have no legal or financial way to force a refund. Call your bank immediately and initiate a dispute. Even better do not buy from them.
