wish there was a 0 star rating. Firstly the junk I received came from China, something they did not disclose. It took ages to get here and when it got here it was apparent thats the $50 odd I paid for the rubbish I received was grossly overpriced. Of course the goods never fitted either. Trying to return the goods was just as difficult as customer service doesnt exist. Honestly, dont waste your time and money on these people. Its a scam

Jacob and Nora DO NOT BUY from this company.

Jacob and Nora are a fraudulent company. I bought 2 pairs of sandals, they were advertised as leather. When the goods arrived they were a cheap plastic material and did not look anything like the photos on the website. They claim to be an Australian company but the goods came from China. I sent a complaint and was given the run around. Nowhere on there website does it say that goods have to be returned to China. Do not buy from this company. One star is one too many.

DO NOT PURCHASE, from this company it is a complete scam, I ordered boots at $145 which I thought was coming from Melbourne, I did try and cancel same day as I ordered them but was told they had already been shipped (which I didn't believe) was told when they arrive can send them back. To find out after that this a company based in China. We'll that says it all right there.The boots did arrive wrapped in bubble wrap omg no box and cheap and nasty could of ordered the same thing from Temu for $40. Trying to return them has been unsuccessful as they refuse to reply. This company is a total scam. Authorities need to prevent these companies from being able to advertise they are based in Australia.Anyway expensive lesson learnt for me.So please dont buy from these scam companies.

I bought swimwear from JacobNora

I bought swimwear from JacobNora. I checked the returns policy incase the items didn't fit. There was no mention anywhere on their site that the company didn't accept swimwear returns. I wanted to return 2 of the 3 swimsuits I bought, but was told I couldn't. This company does not follow industry norms. Competitors such as Seafolly, Swimwear Galore, Cupshe and Sea Level all accept returns.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

This company is dishonest, don’t buy from them!We ordered and paid for black leather orthopedic shoes and received black synthetic shoes that are flat inside.Shoe address for returns is in China. I don’t believe they are Australian so disregard the Aus at the end of their name.

VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! IT'S A SCAM!!I purchased a size 6 coat that was supposed to be structured, fitted and classical. It turned out to be 3 sizes too big, cheap and shapeless! I wanted to return it but had to pay $46.00 in postage. After reading the reviews I realised I'd be wasting my money, as this company is reluctant to refund! Gave it to the Salvos instead!

RUN RUN RUN JUST DONT BUY FROM JACOBNORA

Absolutely disgraceful - cancelled my order within hours of purchase in line with their advertised cancellation policy - they should have refunded my money straight away...instead they ignored my cancellation and shipped the item regardless. If I receive the item apparently I have to pay to ship it back and maybe get a refund one day...my bank is dealing with them now!

Scammed by JacobNora, refunded by my bank

Read all the reviews below me, they're all correct. I'll give additional note here: after they told me to return the item which was not as advertised to China instead of their Brissie address, I reported them to Australian Fair Trading and also requested a card-chargeback for reason of scam to my bank. Meanwhile, the website suddenly deleted their ABN and Brissie address from their refund page but luckily I had a screenshot of it. I sent all my email correspondence with them, picture of what was advertised vs what I received and the screenshot of the now deleted Aussie credentials and within 24h, my bank approved my request and refunded me the $$$. Never been so proud to be my bank's customer! So, if you get scammed by them, contact your bank to help you with a credit charge-back and make sure you have all the evidence of being scammed.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a dress early February 2025 to wear for my 50th and in late July I am still trying to get my money back. The quality of the dress was poor, specifically the stitching was loose in areas, not straight and visible (the colour thread did not match the material colour). The measurements were incorrect for the size I requested, the dress was much larger (not matching the online guideline measurements for sizing). I immediately emailed JacobNora Aus requesting a full refund (according to their refund policy I was entitled to a full refund as the item was not to the quality of standard ). They informed me they needed a detailed reason for the return as part of their return procedure. I completed and emailed this back the same day and again asking for the return shipping details.JacobNora then rudely offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase and too keep the dress. Well that is pointless given the poor quality and it is 1.5 times too big. I declined the offer and yet again asked for a refund and the return shipping details.JacobNora then replied telling me it was my responsibility to cover the cost of shipping to return the item for a full refund but as a GESTURE OF GOODWILL they will give me a 20% REFUND!!!!!!! and I can keep the dress......REALLY!!!!!!. They emailed another offer of 30% discount on my next purchase. WHY would you make another purchase and waste your money a second time. I just wanted to send the dress back and receive the refund. To shorten the rest of this review I sent the dress back with tracking which cost half of what the dress cost but it was the principal of it. The item arrived to the address they provided me, JacobNora never picked it up from that address therefore it was sent back to me and I wasted more money. I have kept contact with them throughout this whole time and I am lucky if they replied at all but the few times they did reply I was told this matter has been passed to the management team. Now they do not reply at all. I have sent numerous emails asking for an update with no response.I can't deny JacobNora did provide alternative options and offers (which I found insalting). If this was due to a change of mind then fine those offers would definitely be acceptable BUT when the return/refund request is because the item is unsatisfactory and of poor quality and not as its detailed on the website then a legitimate company that has their consumers best interests in mind would give return paid shipping details (confirming the reason for return is true) and then give a full refund.I can not stress enough if you buy from this company you will be throwing money away.
