Honestly if I could give less I would. Never have I spoken to anyone as unhelpful as Jacobs, especially the agent Mr Murphy. Tried to explain how the situation came to be, but was repeatedly told I was a liar, despite saying I could prove everything, told I was using my kids as a defence and wouldn't listen to anything. Tried to offer a solution but immediately shut down and made to feel worse.
This is after trying to ring him 3 times personally, and leaving 2 messages with the office for immediate calls back and emailed for call backs too all on the same day. No communication at all then expected to be spoken to like that when I could finally get hold of him, then hung up on.
Completely ridiculous approach, it's no wonder other reviews have echoed this.
If this is a representation of the company, I would certainly take a look at exactly who's doing what.
Both He and the company have no personable skills or any ounce of empathy, understanding or reasoning at all, and seriously need a training session on people skills and mental health.
