Honestly if I could give less I would. Never have I spoken to anyone as unhelpful as Jacobs, especially the agent Mr Murphy. Tried to explain how the situation came to be, but was repeatedly told I was a liar, despite saying I could prove everything, told I was using my kids as a defence and wouldn't listen to anything. Tried to offer a solution but immediately shut down and made to feel worse.
This is after trying to ring him 3 times personally, and leaving 2 messages with the office for immediate calls back and emailed for call backs too all on the same day. No communication at all then expected to be spoken to like that when I could finally get hold of him, then hung up on.
Completely ridiculous approach, it's no wonder other reviews have echoed this.
If this is a representation of the company, I would certainly take a look at exactly who's doing what.
Both He and the company have no personable skills or any ounce of empathy, understanding or reasoning at all, and seriously need a training session on people skills and mental health.

This company is extremely rude over the phone and unwilling to negotiate on repayment plans. They demand immediate payment without any regard for vulnerable situations. It’s hard to understand how anyone could work for such a service. I hope they experience this level of treatment someday. Truly disgraceful.
What a bullying organization this is, with staff that threaten and intimidate. I felt harassed over a minor issue with a bill that has always been paid. There was no willingness to discuss payment options, just demands for immediate payment or threats to seize my vehicle. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.
It's unfortunate they don’t offer a one-star rating. I received a vague message from an enforcement officer who lacked knowledge about the law regarding a bill. They refused to provide information through appropriate channels and displayed rudeness and aggression during calls. This has now escalated to legal action due to their failure to provide necessary details.
This company has provided the worst service imaginable. They are driving me to despair, disregarding my severe mental health issues despite my repeated disclosures. Their treatment is absolutely appalling, and I will be pursuing my complaint to the highest levels.
My daughter has been seriously ill in the hospital for six weeks and missed a small repayment. Today, I received messages from this company threatening to remove items from her home. Despite explaining her situation, they showed no compassion and insisted she has broken the agreement, even though she is unconscious. The level of harassment is unacceptable, and they refused to acknowledge her vulnerability. I hope the local council is aware of the distress this company causes.
