My sister gave me an advent calendar for Christmas, and I initially managed to use the app. However, after a few days, it stopped working. I followed all the troubleshooting suggestions from the website but had no luck. I reached out to the support team, explaining my issue and what I had already attempted. It took several days to receive a reply, which simply directed me to the FAQ section of their site. I informed them that I had already done that. After more days, they provided a new code, and I was able to log in for about a day before losing access again. I emailed them once more, detailing the situation, but they responded with the same code and instructions I had previously tried. Frustratingly, after all the back and forth and long response times, Christmas passed, and I still couldn't access the app. I requested a refund for my sister since I couldn't use the gift. They eventually replied, telling me it would be easier for her to email them directly for the refund and suggested the FAQ section again. My sister has gifted this to me annually, and I've always loved it, so not being able to access it was disappointing, and the company's handling of the situation was entirely unhelpful.
