First, I believe customers should be able to sit in the tub to decide where to place the bars. Our placements are very inconvenient and can't be moved without damaging the walls. Additionally, some trim pieces have fallen off, and the installer drilled our alarm piece into the wall, which wasn’t necessary. The installer did a decent job overall, but we expected better service for the high cost.
