The representative's voice is quite irritating, leading me to mute the commercials. After seeing numerous negative reviews, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. It would be better to have someone else handle the misleading ads who can communicate effectively.
I want to have a beautiful bathroom, but I can't proceed because of the presence of that woman in your commercials. If your installations are anything like her annoying voice and ridiculous mannerisms, I will definitely look for another company. Many friends who are homeowners feel the same way. She is the worst spokesperson I've encountered in my 63 years. It’s hard to understand why she’s been featured in your ads for so long. Until you stop using her in your campaigns, we won’t be doing business with you. We represent multiple properties, and I refuse to support a company that continues to pay her for these dreadful commercials.

Where do I begin? The operations manager has a troubled history, and I’ve helped him out of many situations. He has no morals, and I worry he’ll bring the same issues to your company. I’ve tried to warn you, but it seems no one is listening. Be cautious and read reviews; many are negative.
First, I believe customers should be able to sit in the tub to decide where to place the bars. Our placements are very inconvenient and can't be moved without damaging the walls. Additionally, some trim pieces have fallen off, and the installer drilled our alarm piece into the wall, which wasn’t necessary. The installer did a decent job overall, but we expected better service for the high cost.
