My brother and his wife are both handicapped on Social Security . He called jacuzzi and they came out against my wishes. The price started out at $25,000 for just a shower remodel nothing else. They couldn't talk him into it the salesman was there for 4 hours so they told him they could do it for $18,800 if they waved all the installation price. They got him to sign the paper when I found out I told him to call and cancel it. They threatened to sue him luckily in Missouri we have three days to cancel any contract. I finally talked him into it and he canceled it. To take advantage of the elderly not to mention the handicap is a shame it's just horrible. I wish I could take back the one star they don't deserve that either
