I ordered two pairs of jeans on the 24th, shipped on the 26th, which was fine. I waited over two weeks with no updates, attributing it to the holiday rush. I received an email saying they had been delivered 10 days ago (around the 28-29th) when I had received nothing and no delivery update. I emailed customer service and got an automated response indicating it was marked as dispatched, not delivered, and that I would be referred to a human with a 48-hour response time. After three days without any reply, I emailed again but still received no updates. I understand the holiday season can be stressful, but it was dispatched on November 26th and now it’s December 11th.
