Review Time
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have experienced.
I was issued a refund for the wrong item, and despite sending multiple emails over the past two weeks to customer service and every other JADED contact address I could find, I have received no response.
I have never experienced such poor communication from any brand. It has been impossible to reach anyone directly, and this appears to be the only channel where I might receive a reply.
Please could someone urgently contact me to resolve this matter.

I ordered two pairs of jeans on the 24th, shipped on the 26th, which was fine. I waited over two weeks with no updates, attributing it to the holiday rush. I received an email saying they had been delivered 10 days ago (around the 28-29th) when I had received nothing and no delivery update. I emailed customer service and got an automated response indicating it was marked as dispatched, not delivered, and that I would be referred to a human with a 48-hour response time. After three days without any reply, I emailed again but still received no updates. I understand the holiday season can be stressful, but it was dispatched on November 26th and now it’s December 11th.
If there is no stock, you could inform me in advance instead of issuing a direct refund, or even waiting for my express delivery to arrive, leaving me without a chance to return the order! Additionally, the logistics have been very slow and haven't been updated.
Great quality at reasonable prices. The pants fit well. I recommend getting a size larger if you want the baggy jeans to fit comfortably. Delivery took about 2 weeks. I didn’t pay anything for it, which is cool. I'm from Germany, so I'm not sure why it took so long. But if you're patient and want quality clothes, this is a good place to shop. 4 stars for the delivery times, but everything else was good.
