I pre-ordered some Lego ahead of Christmas. Due to the timing and high demand, it was delivered much later than I expected. I had to follow up and was nearly ready to cancel my order since I couldn’t reach them by phone, and email responses took a couple of days. I’m happy to report that it eventually arrived, and I received a reply from the customer support team. The Lego came in a sturdy box, well-packaged and reasonably priced. As a first-time buyer, I was uncertain if I had made the right choice. I attributed the delay to the busy season, but in the future, an email update for pre-order customers regarding delays would help prevent many inquiries about order status.
