I paid for a DPD service which this company advertised, and they posted it with royal mail which they provide free shipping for and had the cheek to give me MY POSTAGE MONEY back as a good will gesture....insult too injury.... undependable company for posting anything...post it when they feel like it.... ordered Wednesday 18th Feb they posted it on Monday 22nd Feb.... still haven't got it
When you sent me the invoice on payment you had the wrong shipping address but correct billing address. I had only ordered from you 2 weeks previously. It was impossible to get in touch with you and my e-mail wasn't replied to. Needless to say even though I contacted Royal Mail I never received items
I pre-ordered some Lego ahead of Christmas. Due to the timing and high demand, it was delivered much later than I expected. I had to follow up and was nearly ready to cancel my order since I couldn’t reach them by phone, and email responses took a couple of days. I’m happy to report that it eventually arrived, and I received a reply from the customer support team. The Lego came in a sturdy box, well-packaged and reasonably priced. As a first-time buyer, I was uncertain if I had made the right choice. I attributed the delay to the busy season, but in the future, an email update for pre-order customers regarding delays would help prevent many inquiries about order status.

Responses to emails can take weeks, with excuses about busy periods. Payments are taken months before delivery, and my requests regarding the faulty model I received have been completely ignored.
