Ordered early part of December and although not in stock at the time, delivery before Christmas was expected. This did not materialise and no update given. Chased mid-January and took 6 days to respond. Informed delay to manufacturing and now expected end of January. Eventually dispatched and received during the third week of February! I understand delays can happen but they should keep their customers informed.
