I don’t find JVS very trustworthy based on my experience. They quoted me more than Lexus themselves, despite clearly knowing Lexus’s official rates.From what I could tell, the plan was simply to purchase the key fob from Lexus and likely have Lexus do the encoding, while JVS added an extra £300 on top of Lexus’s price. That doesn’t feel honest or transparent.This isn’t really a criticism of their technical ability with flashing or encoding, but more about their honesty. If they had simply said, “In your situation, I’d recommend going directly to Lexus,” I would have respected that a lot more.Transparency matters, and unfortunately that was lacking here
