Disturbing news about the Jaevee and Rise Capital websites being offline. Does anyone know what's going on? Judging by the reaction, there seems to be a businessowner who cares about his company after all. As an investor who has shown a great deal of faith and patience in the man behind the company—Mr. BJ S.—and who has been waiting for projects to be completed for years, I'm pleased to see this.My experiences include:- Projects I invested in not being completed on time. This even led to the appointment of an Insolvency Administrator;- Not providing me with monthly updates on the status of my investment, even though this was promised;- Not answering phone calls and/or not returning calls;- Not responding or responding incompletely to emails sent to the email address you provided;- Not being able to access my project documents on the Jaevee website for months;- Not informing me about the website's supposedly current 'temporary unavailability';So I'm very surprised by the comment that the review isn't based on actual experience and is therefore misleading. When, then, does JaeVee consider a customer, investor, or service experience as genuine?I'm also very surprised by the reaction that JaeVee and Rise Capital are unrelated businesses. Rise Capital was a Person with Significant Control in some JaeVee SPVs. Indirectly - through R.C. NOMINEES SECURITY LTD—still owns shares in several JaeVee SPVs. The previous company name of NOMINEES SECURITY LTD was JAEVEE NOMINEES LTD. The shares in NOMINEES SECURITY LTD are held by Rise Capital. And at Rise Capital, Mr. BJ S. was a Person with Significant Control. The current Person with Significant Control at Rise Capital is Mr. P.D. W. He also holds this position at several JaeVee SPVs. This information is publicly available. Another link is the projects listed on Rise Capital's website. These projects were previously offered through JaeVee.It's very sad that it's gotten to the point where this is the only way I can contact JeaVee directly. A bad review isn't in the best interest of investors either. Constantly playing the victim and blaming others, as I've heard JaeVee do so many times, is very disturbing. I thought I was dealing with an extremely competent and responsible party. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been different.I'd like to see all this resolved so I can change my bad review to a good one. So please reach out to the people like me who have trusted you, answer questions, tell the honest story, act like a real man with honor and don't play games.
