Further update to SPV 1033.I'm getting concerned now. I checked with Companies House last night and it turns out that the directorship has changed, and the shares have been transferred from Jaevee to a company I can find no telephone or email for, and a business address which the same as Jaevee's. Also noted is a charge which was placed on the company earlier this year which is listed as satisfied as of last week, and the chargor turns out to be the new compliance director for the company! Emails I sent to the address given me above are not answered, not even an automatic response. The website appears to be down too. What is going on?
