I have come here to rant as it seems to be the way Kevin247 managed to get an update out of JaeVee. "Invested in the Kings Lynn Development SPV1022 in March 2021. A 12 month project.The Investment Memorandum stated "With planning consent already granted, there are no planning risks". Turns out this was not true and there have been significant ongoing delays for planning.Two and a Half years on, and there is still no shovel in the ground."... Kevin247All of the content above still holds true regarding the project and subsequent to the update in November they (JaeVee) have gone back into their usual patterns of no updates. I have grown sick of contacting them with no replies (using email, WhatsApp or via the investor portal). As trust pilot review resulted in an update I will no dairy my poor experience here for potential future investors.It is now 2 months on since the last update with no further updates. JAEVEE SPV1006 LTD (the SPV company names under which this project is being conducted) has be issued notice of being removed from companies house provided there is no update submitted within 2 months after 02.01.2024 (second occurrence of late account update)… I'm unsure why there is this delay as they are meant to be experts in the field.I wonder if this review will prompt an update on the investor portal especially as the current date has now elapsed the purchase date.I share the sentiment of being VERY disappointed in the service particularly the communication and what seems to be misinformation.
