Based on my experience, I find the service lacking in trustworthiness. They provided a quote that was higher than what I received directly from the manufacturer, despite being aware of the official rates.
It seemed like the plan was to buy the key fob from the manufacturer and have them handle the encoding while adding an extra £300 on top of their price. This approach feels neither honest nor transparent.
This isn't a critique of their technical skills, but rather a comment on their integrity. Had they advised me to go directly to the manufacturer, I would have appreciated that much more.
Transparency is important, and sadly, it was missing in this instance.
