This company is pathetic. Customer service is non existent... I mean crazy bad. Banned me and my brother for NO REASON AT ALL and claimed we were macroing or whatever but can not prove or show me anything. All I wanted to know was what app was it that got me in trouble so we could both remove it and move on but they couldn't. I believe they just ban random people tbh. Mind you this is literally THE DAY AFTER I spent money on the game. So they got what they wanted and then poof. Screw that guy we don't need him anymore. Also my ban was 48 hours so I'm back but my brother got a permanent ban for nothing. Unbelievable waste of time/effort/money. If I could give zero stars I would. I've never used a company so unprofessional as jagex. Not sure how you have people still playing after all this time. However I'm going to look into filing a suit if able along with a few others I've seen. All we can do is try. My advice to everyone is to find another game. At least there your account should be safe of getting shut off for no reason. Really too bad because the game play is decent. Shame on jagex for the way they treat their customers. You disgust me. If jagex receives this and actually WANTS to make an effort to fix this and have a REAL PERSON contact me then I will change my review and be honest.
