Demand better this is horrible user experience

Dealing with Jagex support has been nothing short of a headache. I’ve been trying to recover an old OSRS account, and even after they confirmed that the email I’m contacting them from is the one linked to the account, I’m still completely stuck. Why? Because the password reset email never arrives — and they refuse to manually resend it.Let me repeat that: they are literally talking to me on the same verified email tied to the account, the system acknowledges it, and still — no manual reset link. Instead, they just push irrelevant articles and loop me through their broken appeal system — like I’m talking to NPCs following a script with zero logic, initiative, or care.And this is coming from someone who’s been playing RuneScape since the early 2000s — a real OG. I’ve never experienced support this unhelpful, robotic, and frustrating. It’s actually insane how bad it’s gotten.This is just basic common sense — if your system says an email was sent, but it never shows up (and yes, I checked everything: spam folders, whitelists, etc.), then try manually resending it. But instead, they blindly trust a broken, glitchy system and show no signs of actually trying to help.Jagex's support is cold, unresponsive, and totally disconnected from the community. There’s no sense of being heard — even when you provide everything they ask for. They’ve completely dropped the ball on something that should have been an easy fix. Just incredible.
