Payment issue with Jagex

My boyfriend has paid twice for a 1 month membership. The first payment was canceled, while the other is pending, and I still don't have a membership with you. I linked my gmail to my account as well. My boyfriend wants his second refund back if I don't receive a month of membership within 24 hours. If I don't receive a month of membership, I will never pay you for another membership again. Please and thank you. From MrSTUNA2801PS Everytime my boyfriend has paid for his membership, it goes through jagex, but when he pays for mine, it says it goes through old school runecape. What is the difference? My boyfriend also plays osrs.
