The evidence I submitted included:1- A detailed list of all character names on my Jagex account.2 - Bank statements showing proof of purchase for in-game transactions.3 - Records of Amazon-linked purchases associated with my account.4 - Dates and details of Twitch rewards claims.5 - A list of emergency backup codes.6 - Current authenticator codes for added security.7 - A history of all email addresses ever connected to my account.8- Screen shots.9 - Ban history. Jagex support essentially dismissed my concerns, refused to assist, and washed their hands of the issue. To make matters worse, they want to raise subscription fees to $33.00 USD.
